Coach

  • Description: In the Game of life we need Coaches to help motivate and guide each player to be the best they can be. Winning is never intended to be an isolated expression. We glorify winning on an individual, egocentric scale and it only feeds our competitive nature, which in turn creates dominating hierarchy and negative self esteem. In the GAME we win by helping others to win as well, as a Coach, lead with the understanding that we are all connected and are more capable of reaching our highest potential when others are reaching theirs too. Recognize the oak tree in every acorn and the importance of the interconnections in their roots. As a Coach, you can reflect the highest potential within each Player, and thus inspire them to be the best they can be.
